Ariana Grande needs a lesson in apologies.
The singer was caught licking doughnuts on display in a shop in California without telling the owner – or paying for them – and they were later sold to unknowing customers.
She has since released a statement ‘apologising’, although she seems to do anything but.
In fact, weirdly, she tries to explain that the matter – in particular her anti-America comments – was all down to her stance on childhood obesity.
She says she made her comments because: ‘As an advocate for healthy eating, food is very important to me and I sometimes get upset by how freely we as Americans eat and consume things without giving any thought to the consequences that it has on our health and society as a whole.
